What You Need to Know About THCA Compliance Testing

 We offer THCA compliance testing for growers who need to verify whether their flower meets the legal 0.3% Delta-9 THC limit under the 2018 Farm Bill.

This is not the same as hemp compliance testing under the USDA Industrial Hemp Program which tests for "Total THC” and not just Delta-9 THC
Our test is specific to smokable flower and focuses on Delta-9 THC and THCA levels only.

This calculation provides an honest look at how your flower may be interpreted under current federal enforcement practices.

To increase your chances of passing and avoid wasted tests, read this before submitting:

Best Sample Type:

• Fresh, untrimmed, uncured flower
• Taken directly from the plant (ideally between weeks 6–8 of flowering)
• Still moist or green
• Not packaged, dried, or vacuum-sealed

Avoid Submitting:

• Cured or trimmed flower
• Post-harvest material such as dried, and or cured
• Anything labeled “THCA flower” from out of state
• Samples with strong aroma or already dried out
   

These are likely to fail compliance due to elevated THCA converting to Delta-9

•  We test honestly using federally-aligned methods
• No result manipulation or rounding
• No refunds for failed compliance
• All results will include a Certificate of Analysis with a breakdown of D9-THC, THCA, and estimated post-decarb total shown as Total THC
